CONDITIONING
Conditioning aims to improve your energy systems & create a fitter, leaner you. During this class we will take advantage of interval layouts and intensities to ensure you become more efficient on our preferred conditioning equipment; rower, ski and assult bike.
Conditioning then finishes with a met-con style workout to add variety into each session.
STRENGTH
Our coaches will teach you how to squat, bench press & deadlift effectively and safely. Each session will consist of some additional accessory exercises and end with a bang; completing strongman, core or a met-con style finisher.
