Pascal Simon
From 2001 to 2008 Pascal served as a marine in the French Navy. He joined as a young and inexperienced sailor and left as a strong and skilled petty officer. This was a great achievement in his life, learning so much about himself and many valuable life skills. Although he trains hard, he likes to create an unintimidating environment in which his clients enjoy working out. He will help you to work hard and achieve your goals through programmes that are fun (and not a chore). Nothing is impossible – you just have to believe in yourselfand put in the effort.

Sarah White is a passionate personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness educator with over a decade of experience helping people break barriers and discover their true strength. Having transformed her own life by losing half her body weight, she understands that fitness is less about the weight you lose and more about the quality of life you gain.
Her upbeat, motivating style and sustainable training approach inspire clients of all ages to move better, feel stronger, and love fitness for life.

Sean is a passionate and self-motivated personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals get stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. With a Bachelor of Sports Science with Exercise Physiology and experience working across all fitness levels—from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers—he tailors his approach to meet each client’s unique goals, whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, improved mobility, or overall well-being.
Sean creates a supportive and motivating environment where clients can grow both physically and mentally, empowering them to push past their limits and build lasting habits that help them
move better, feel better, and live better.

Brandon
Brandon is a Kiwi-born personal trainer with 26 years' experience – including 20 years of CrossFit. He takes a holistic approach to personal training, mixing his own experience with your busy life. He is happy to take you out into deep waters if you wish, but just as easy to hang out in the kids' pool too.

Jude
Jude is a retired registered nurse, midwife and mental health clinician. She is passionate about healthy ageing, women's health and supporting you to remain active, mobile, independent and strong both physically and emotionally whatever your life stage. Her focus areas include, but are not limited to, pre/post-natal, pre/post-menopause, older adults, pelvic floor health, and injury/surgical rehabilitation.

Rosie
Rosie is a coach with over a decade of personal experience in a variety of fields. These include (but are not limited to) general strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, sports-specific training, and training with an injury or disability.
Her clients come from a range of age groups, skill levels, and backgrounds but will all agree that her sessions are a highlight of their week. She believes that movement is medicine and will help you to find the movement that is right for you each time you show up. If you’re wanting to jump in at any end of the spectrum, she’s ready to jump in with you!

Meg is FitMess PT – ‘For the fit & messy lifestyles.’ Helping you find the balance between the chaos of life and your passion for health & fitness by creating a routine that is suited for YOU and your goals! She is usually the loudest person in the room and will be your biggest hype girl, ALWAYS!
After 3 years of coaching, qualifications in pre/postnatal, TRX Suspension, and kettlebell training, recently competing in Hyrox, and currently on her running journey – she has done it all! Whether you are new to the gym, have trained for years, or are just looking to try something new, she is here to help.

With years of experience in strength, conditioning, and performance coaching, he helps busy men and women unlock their full potential inside and outside the gym. Jordan’s clients don’t just lose weight or hit PBs; they gain confidence, energy, and the ability to show up fully in every part of life. Whether it’s preparing for Hyrox, building muscle, or breaking through plateaus, Jordan combines evidence-based training with a supportive coaching style that gets results.

Mitch
From an early age, Mitch knew he wanted to work in sport, which led to his undergraduate studies in Exercise and Sport Science. This opened the door to work with everyone from junior athletes, to weekend heroes, to AFL players. The beauty of this experience means that from the earliest point in his career, he learnt to cater for every individual within a large group environment, catering for all levels of fitness, mobility, capability, and motivation.
