Our programs are suited for all fitness levels and designed to make you fitter, speed up your

MEMBERSHIP

Our memberships are $50.95 / week (no lock in contracts). This includes access to all group fitness classes and open gym.

At Grip and Grit Fitness we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and friendly environment. We understand that committing to a fitness program can sometimes be a tough decision. Our FREE consultation session is designed to help make that decision easy. 

 

Prior to starting sessions we sit down and complete a comprehensive consultation where we chat about your goals, injury history and conduct a functional movement screening.

Open gym only memberships $25 / week (no lock in contracts).
