Awesome facilities, helpful staff and a great community atmosphere. I wasn’t sure about doing group classes but Pascal and the whole team were accommodating and friendly. Grip & Grit hands down has one of the best gym communities in the area. The workouts are challenging and varied, but it's the energetic trainers and encouragement from long-term members that make me love it most! I especially love starting my weekend with the Saturday morning class followed by a coffee with the ever-growing gang.

Thanks Pascal for the past 9 months of training me for the army. He's been a very supportive, caring and knowledgeable trainer. Sessions were hard and painful which were what I needed. He was always engaged and kept it interesting. He genuinely interested in getting to know me, my goals and what I can/can't do and came up with a tailored plan (instead of getting me to do a generic workout.

I couldn't have asked for a better trainer/fitness coach/life coach/role model/friend to help me with my fitness journey. I've been training with Pascal for over a year now and it's the best decision I made! Pascal takes a genuine interest in my goals and pushes me to my limits in a fun and challenging environment. I was scared to come back to training after wrist surgery but Pascal has worked with me to personalise the group classes and tailor my PT sessions to protect and strengthen my injury. He's really helped me get my confidence back! Pascal constantly challenges me and motivates me to do better than I did the time before. His passion for my fitness keeps me on track and it's his constant motivation and support that has seen me achieve my goals and has me coming back to set new ones. Pascal is a great motivator and always gives good advice. His Bootcamp sessions are always well planned with a lot of variety. He also ensures that you use the correct technique to avoid injury which is very important. All in all a 5 star operation.

I have been attending group boxing with Grip and Grit Fitness for the last few months. The class challenges me both mentally and physically, but it is so much FUN! Pascal is welcoming and encouraging and accommodates for all of the different fitness levels for each member in the class. Not only has it helped me to strengthen and tone my muscles, but it's a great stress release!

I run a busy café in the city and don't often have time to do a good workout never mind the headspace to plan one. Pascal arranged a nearby location for some of our staff and I to come and do a gut busting session and we've all been hooked ever since. I like to stay fit but this has boosted my fitness to a new level and we have all noticed it in our energy levels at work. We all did a fitness test to see where our abilities lay and from then it has never been the same twice.

Coming from a background in yoga I was a little nervous at trying something new. I came across Grip and Grit Fitness through a Google search and I'm so happy that I took the plunge! Pascal is a wonderful trainer who has pushed me to do things I never thought possible! The training environment is comfortable and the other PT's are friendly and supportive.
